POPIA Notice

FSD Projects should process personal information in accordance with applicable South African privacy law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Purpose of processing

Information submitted directly to FSD Projects may be processed to respond to enquiries, communicate about potential or active projects, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Information submitted through this site

The project brief tool does not transmit information to a website database. When you choose “Email this brief”, the details are passed to your own email application for you to review and send.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, data subjects may request access to or correction of personal information held about them and may raise concerns regarding processing.
